What we collect

Information you give us. Information we see.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your website URL, and the message you send. This information is delivered to our studio by email.

When you visit any page on this site, we automatically collect basic technical information: the page you visited, how you got there, your approximate location derived from your IP address, the type of device and browser you used, and how long you spent on the page. We collect this through Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — see "Third-party services" below for details.

How we use it

To reply, to improve, to measure.

  • — To respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project.
  • — To understand which pages and topics on our site are useful so we can improve them.
  • — To measure the performance of any advertising we run on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Third-party services

The tools that see this site with us.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Google places cookies on your device that track page visits, session duration, and general demographic signals. See Google's privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel places a cookie that tracks page visits and may be used by Meta to show you relevant ads. See Meta's privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

Postmark

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our studio through Postmark, a transactional email service. See Postmark's privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam submissions on the contact form. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

How to turn them off.

Cookies are set on this site by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We do not set our own cookies. You can block cookies from this site through your browser's settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out extension linked above, or manage Meta's ad preferences from your Facebook account.

Your rights

Ask us what we have. Ask us to delete it.

If you have contacted us or we have worked together, you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

Email hello@flintcraftstudio.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as they remain useful for our working relationship or, where that relationship has ended, for a reasonable period in case of follow-up.
